Warranty

General Policies

ICD warrants all products for manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the invoice date. (see exceptions below) Any product found to be defective within this one year period will be repaired, replaced or credited at ICDistribution's option. Please retain your ICD invoice for warranty coverage.

Exceptions to the one year warranty are:

• Seven (7) day warranty on all items classified as "clearance items";
• Thirty (30) day warranty on all printers, scanners, fax machines, multi-function and consumer electronics.
• Thirty (30) day warranty on some non-ICDistribution branded desktop computers, notebooks, and monitors

Return & Credit Policies

ICDistribution makes no warranty on the merchantability, fitness or application of the products purchased. ICDistribution cannot warranty physically damaged items. Should the product become defective and physically damaged from normal use of the product, any claims for warranty should be taken to the manufacturer. ICDistribution cannot warranty items that have been written on or defaced from their original state in any way.

All returns must include all original documentation, software, and any other packaging material (including original box, foam, etc.). Any product that is not complete cannot be returned, only exchanged for the same product.

ICD gives a seven (7) day full credit return policy. After the first seven (7) days, credit will be given at the option on ICDistribution. Absolutely no returns after thirty (30) days.
